It was my first time buying from this website and after an intense search I realized they are from Tenerife, which is quite close to me. When I saw the shipping costs I contacted them and they happily sent me a link to buy the product with a lower shipping cost (since I am very close). Besides that, they were always incredibly communicative. When the figure arrived to them, before I could write to them, they had already written to me with photos of the figure, which arrived to me a few days later, perfectly packaged and with an extra gift.
