Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Depending on the damage, we will offer different solutions, from monetary compensation if the defect occurred during shipping or due to our handling in packaging, to a full refund if the item is lost or not delivered by the courier service due to an issue with the carrier.

 


Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or doubts about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day reflection period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to justify. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund available.
