PREORDER

It is not necessary to pay the full amount for pre-orders, you can contact us, we can divide the payments and make your purchase easier, when the product's release date approaches, you will be notified once it has been received in the warehouse.
If you purchase a pre-order product and an in-stock product in the same order, the order will be shipped after all products have been released and are available.

FIGURES NOT FOUND IN THE STORE - QUOTATION SERVICE

If you can't find the figure you're looking for, ask us and we can help you get it, whether it's discontinued or not, we're sure we can get it for you. We can also get second-hand figures, unopened or without a box, the price varies depending on their condition, if you are interested ask us... .

ORDER STATUS

Order status will be updated when they are processed. If you have registered on the site, you can see the status by going to your profile and clicking on orders.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.

The price may be displayed in your currency. You can change it from the currency conversion button found in the top or bottom menu on desktop, or by pressing the three-line icon in the checkout menu at the bottom left on mobile devices.

EUROPE ORDERS

We ship to Europe from Spain to avoid import fees and tariffs for our customers. Shipping will be from Japan to Spain and finally to your home address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally from Japan to worldwide.
If you don't see your country in the selection or want more information about shipping methods, please contact our team in the chat located in the lower corner right from the screen.

All international orders are shipped directly from Japan and any import charges or taxes required by your country will be the buyer's responsibility. These additional charges are not included in the final price.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

  • Customs in Europe: Everything included in the shipping price.
  • Customs outside Europe: Low price will be declared to avoid import fees.

An import charge or tax may be required by your country, if applicable, this will be the buyer's responsibility.
